Appointments for any of our licensed trainers can be scheduled through the front desk. One additional note for our new members or walk-ins: we are extremely qualified, extremely experienced, extremely effective, and subsequently extremely busy...therefore you may not be able to get into a consistent schedule immediately...however, if you're flexible and a little patient, we will find a way to work it out! Think of it this way: if you're seeking a reservation at a great restaurant, it's busy for a reason...a little patience will always be rewarded by excellent service and a superb meal.
